Age Inclusive Management Strategies, LLC hosts the AIMS Online platform to spread awareness about the benefits of retaining experienced workers ages 50+ by presenting information about age-friendly programs and policies and consultation services. In this privacy policy, “AIMS,” “us,” or “we” refers to Age Inclusive Management Strategies, LLC. This privacy policy applies when you create an account and receive direct consultation, or otherwise access our website, content, educational materials, or other materials produced by AIMS, together referred to as “Services.”
This Privacy Policy describes:
- What information we collect and how we collect it
- What we do with this information and who we share it with
- How you can access and update this information
- How we protect the information we store about you

We collect the following types of information. Information you provide us directly:
- Your username, password, and email address when you register for an account.
- Profile information that you provide with your account, including organization type, organization name, your industry, and other potentially identifying information.
- User Content (e.g. responses to Self Assessment surveys) that you enter onto the AIMS platform.
- Communications between you and the AIMS platform. For example, requests for a consultation appointment.
Information we automatically collect when you use our services:
- Analytic information including browser type and settings, device type and settings, IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
- Activity information while you access our services including page visits, duration of page visits, links you click, and views or interactions with website content.
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Develop new services
- Measure performance and effectiveness of our services
- Manage communication with AIMS website users
- Identify and analyze usage trends to improve our website
- Provide technical support to website users
We do not share your personally identifying information with anyone outside of AIMS. We do share aggregated, non-identifying information with organizations outside of AIMS to promote our mission statement of amplifying age-inclusive research, policies, and programs.
You can sign-in to your account to manage, review, and update your identifying information or profile at any time. You can delete your account at any time by emailing ageinclusivemanagement@gmail.com.
The AIMS website is hosted on a Microsoft cloud computing application called Azure. Our platform conforms with Azure and Microsoft’s data protection policies. Their procedures are outlined in the Microsoft Azure policy as follows:
“Microsoft will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data and Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. Those measures shall be set forth in a Microsoft Security Policy. Microsoft will make that policy available to Customer, along with descriptions of the security controls in place for the Online Service and other information reasonably requested by Customer regarding Microsoft security practices and policies.
In addition, those measures shall comply with the requirements set forth in ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and ISO 27018. Each Core Online Service also complies with the control standards and frameworks shown in the table in Attachment 1 to the OST (or successor location in the Use Rights) and implements and maintains the security measures set forth in Appendix A f or the protection of Customer Data.
Microsoft may add industry or government standards at any time. Microsoft will not eliminate ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27018 or the standards or frameworks in the table in Attachment 1 to the OST (or successor location in the Use Rights), unless it is no longer used in the industry and it is replaced with a successor (if any).”

here.Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use our services or provide any information on this website.
When you provide your email address to AIMS, we will store your email for any future communication needs. We may send you emails related to our services. You can delete your email from your account to revoke our access to your email address. If you wish to not receive these emails, please contact us or remove your email from your AIMS website account.
We may change this privacy policy. We will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy without your explicit consent. We will indicate the date the last changes were published At the end of the privacy policy. If the changes to the policy are significant, we will provide advance notice of any changes.
